Are you TfL or a government body?

No. ChargeConcierge is an independent commercial service. We have no relationship with Transport for London. You can also submit the charge yourself for free at tfl.gov.uk.

What if I apply too late?

If we can't submit your application in time, we refund the charge and service fee. Any TfL penalty is at your own expense.

Which vehicles are affected?

The Congestion Charge applies to most motor vehicles entering the central London zone during valid times. Some vehicles (motorcycles, certain EVs, residents) have exemptions — we check this for you.

Do I get proof of payment?

Yes. After successful submission to TfL you'll receive the TfL reference number and a receipt from us by email.
