Disclaimer: ChargeConcierge is an independent intermediary and is not affiliated with Transport for London (TfL). We pay the Congestion Charge on your behalf and charge a service fee for this. You can also submit the charge yourself for free at tfl.gov.uk.

1. Service

ChargeConcierge is an independent intermediary that submits and pays the London Congestion Charge on behalf of customers with Transport for London (TfL). We are not a government body and are not affiliated with TfL.

2. Fees

You pay the official TfL charge (£15 per day at time of writing) plus our service fee. The total amount is shown before payment.

3. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct number plate and travel dates on time. Incorrect or late submission may result in a TfL penalty (currently up to £180). ChargeConcierge is not liable for such penalties.

4. Refunds

If we are unable to submit your application (e.g. due to force majeure or insufficient time), we will refund the full amount including the service fee.

5. Privacy

We only process the data required to fulfil your application. See our privacy policy.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable law of our place of establishment.
